• The villa is strictly non smoking • No children under the age of 12 • To book call +44 (0)1189 598024 • Full conditions available on request • High season (Nov to May inclusive) £950/wk • Low season (Jun to Oct inclusive) £750/wk • Special holiday periods (Christmas/New Year, Easter, Antigua sailing week) £1350/wk • Rates are for the rental of the villa, inclusive of all service charges, for any number of occupants up to a maximum of four. • Flights, transfers and departure taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the guests |
